人们都羡慕你有这一份令人尊敬的职业，有稳定的收入。但有多少人能了解这其中的辛酸，你总是把微笑送给别人，陪伴你的永远只是眼泪。
Everybody envies both your stable income and the respect you receive from your work. But do others know the bitterness within you. You always show so little of yourself to others. You are left with only your own tears to accompany you.
